Okay, so Revolu was created with the joining of Grim's family. There were two parts to that, his daughter and the group he had been taken into in a world called Glykeria. Within Glykeria was a kingdom called Solani, which is a word you've likely read a lot between Jes and Dax's posts.
So Solani, we'll focus on that.
Okay, so in ancient history Glykeria was split by a war, the noble familys moved into several different packs. Solani settled amongst the forests near the mountains where it was easily defendable. Solani was primarily healers in the old kingdom, but as they shifted to their own territory they had to put their skills towards defense. The potions and healing things they once made became poisons and venom. They learned this skill from a trio of gods known as Chia'boa the Boa, Uktena the Adder, and Agi'a the Cobra. The snakes were symbols of Death, Disease and War. Just knowing who's god's shadows loomed over Solani gave them a dark reputation. They were known for having traps throughout their territory, all of the bushes and trees had lotus thorns tipped with a very powerful poison that paralyzed victims. Dax was the last Lord of Solani.
They became known as witchdoctors and assassins, they were closer to their gods than most packs, and heard the whispers of all gods, not just the snakes.
Now let's talk about the gods.
Think of the Greek Pantheon if you need an easy reference.
We have the alphas: Unatsi and Etsi, Great White and Darkest Night. Unatsi brings the winter each year, he is widely known as the First Wolf, and the Alpha's Alpha. Darkest Night is the Star Mother, and she is the Beginning of all Dreams. She creates where Unatsi destroys.
Just under them we have their first litter of pups, Tlvdatsi and Amitola, these are the eldest sisters of the Eternal Pack. Tlvdatsi is what young alphas would look to when they want to make good leaders when they grow up. She's the Successor, the eldest sister, she takes interest in both her parents work as she expects to succeed them one day. Amitola is the Aroura, she is what ties the mortal world to the spirit world. When you look into the colors that dance across the sky it is said your ancestors are looking back down at you.
Next litter was Adahy, Catori, Aponivi and Ohitekah, these wolves best represent the elements. So they typical Avatar sort of things, Growing things, water, air and fire. Ohitekah is also known for War, the fires of war specifically. Where it's most bloody is where he is strongest. These gods are very powerful because they are required for anything to exist. Their arguments create storms, typhoons, and hurricanes.
After this group is Tivaci and Sinawavi, the Brothers. Sinawavi was not meant to be apart of the pack, he is a Coyote, but Tivaci loved him and defends him to this day. You will rarely see Sinawavi without Tivaci looming behind. Sinawavi is the Trickster, he pulls pranks for fun and tends to get into trouble often, you can think of him as a Loki equivalent. Which means Tivaci could be seen as Thor. Tivaci is the Mountain. He has clumps of stone and precious ores clinging to his pelt and can find gems, ores and precious things underground, no matter where he is.
Finally we come to the youngest known children of the pack, Chia'boa, Uktena and Agi'a. Chia'boa is the ruler of the underworld, he is this pantheon's Hades. He is a kind soul unless one of his siblings is under stress, and generally he tries to keep spirits safe and happy where they belong. Uktena is a venomous brute, he works in the shadows creating poisons and venom to deal with his problems. He changes his shape to that of an adder to cause drama at his amusement.
And lastly, we come to Agi'a. Agi'a is death. She's got eyes red as blood and is twice as volatile as her brother Uktena. She is the youngest of the Eternal Pack, she is the youngest of her siblings and in most times she is sleeping. She only rouses when her brothers wake her, or when Death is thick in the air. She created the starblooms that ended Solani, she fueled the fire of war that crushed Glykeria.
And now for some examples on how the Gods affect the role play in-character.
Lets say Catori gets involved, she hears the pleas from her youngest siblings and sees the problem in the mortal realm
Floods
Floods for days
Fish would die
Waters would run high
Rain would pelt the pack constantly
If Catori got involved, there is a high chance one or all her siblings would get involved, so the three other elements that I mentioned with her
Resulting in possible tornadoes, flash fires, droughts, or the forest randomly dying off, prey being hella scarce
Let's say Unatsi himself deigns to glance this way
Glykeria got his gaze
It had an eternal winter
For centuries
And there we have it.
